Shipping:

• Pickup is available during business hours.
• Item will be dispatched using a combination of different courier service depend on products and customer' location to make sure we provide the best service and the lowest price.
• Item will be dispatched same day if order placed before cut-off time (11am) of payment being peocessed. Delivery will take between 3-15 days (depending on customer location)
• Weekend or after hours delivery are not available.
• An email containing tracking information will be emailed upon dispatch

Returns:

• Customer can return goods for a refund with in 30 days after the receive date.
• Return postage costs are to be paid by the customer, unless the product is manufacture defective.
• Customers please contact us first before shipping the goods back.
• items must be returned with their undamaged original packaging and in original condition which is ready for re-sell.
• Bathroomrenoau reserves the right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee of the cost of the goods to be returned (not including freight)

1.If you found any damage

If your item happens to damaged, please report it to us within 5 working days after the receive date.We will  request a picture from you to prove that the item is damaged or faulty then we will send out a replacement part immediately.

2.Christmas peak -Delivery delays
Christmas is approaching and because of the high volume of orders, please expect delays in deliveries. Kindly allow extra transit time during this period. We cannot guarantee the date of delivery for items. Estimated delivery time must not be considered as guarantee of delivery.

3.Please do not book a plumber/electrician in advance
WE strictly don't reimburse any cost/invoice of plumber/electrician or any other costs due to delayed delivery as delicery is out of our control. So please do not book a plumber/electrician until you received the item
