Shipping

  1. All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.
  2. Under normal situations, delivery time will take 3 to 8 working days after dispatch depending on your location. Remote areas will require longer delivery time. Tracking number will be provided once item has been dispatched from our warehouse.
  3. We regret that our warehouse is not accessible to the public, so we do not offer a pick-up option.
  4. We work with different courier partners like Australia Post, Toll, Startrack, Couriers Please, Fastway Couriers to provide reasonable freight costs and quality service. The type of courier is depending on the size and weight of each item and the delivery location.
  5. We aim to dispatch all products within one working day of your full payment being made. If you need to cancel a purchase after the product has been dispatched, note that the postage fee may not be refundable. Additional postage fees may apply for re delivery or redirection requests.
  6. If you have a change of mind and wish to return your item after receiving it, please note we will need to deduct applicable freight fees from your refund.
  7. Buyers must agree with the above postage and handling terms before purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

In the event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, please contact us for your return instructions. Returns for refund or exchange are subject to approval.

Return postage is the customer's expense
