eBay Buying Policies:
All buyers please be aware of eBay’s Purchasing
Conditions prior to placing any bid on an auction, purchasing an item through
the "Buy it Now" option, or using the “Make An Offer” option on any
listing. You are fully responsible for reading the full item listing, including
any instructions, additional conditions, comments, or policies the seller may
include, before making any bid or commitment to buy. Unless otherwise stated,
by making a bid or commitment to buy an item on eBay, you are committing to buy
the item from the seller providing the listed item. If you make a commitment to
buy, or your bid is the winning bid, or is otherwise accepted, you enter into a
legally binding contract with the seller and are obligated to purchase the
item.
Shipping:

DELIVERY
Items will be shipped through UPS or USPS at our
discretion unless otherwise stated in the shipping details or in the item
details section of the listing. We do our best to ship all items paid for in
full within one business day. Freight shipping of larger items are usually
picked up within 48 hours of confirmation of shipment details (lift gate,
residential delivery, loading dock available, ect.)
We strive to provide fast, safe, and economical shipping
services to our customers each and every time. Our feed back comments show our
dedication to our customers.
Tracking numbers for all items shipped will be emailed to
the e-mail address associated with your PayPal account. These e-mails are
generated once the package has been picked up from our facility. In most cases
tracking is updated by 5 PM Eastern the day after your purchase. Please allow
24-48 hours for tracking to show any movement of your items.
We personally ship to any location within the continental
United States and Canada. All international shipments will be shipped to eBay's
Global Shipping partner, and further processed and internationally shipped from
that location.

Please be aware, use of a package forwarding service to
country we do not ship to violates eBay's Money Back Guarantee (formerly Buyer
Protection) and your item will NOT be covered if lost or damaged in any way. We
will not accept a return from a country we do not provide a shipping service
to, and we are not responsible for any incurred shipping costs associated for
the item or items purchased. Use of a forwarding service voids any and all guarantee,
warranty, or responsibility in any way, for the item or items purchased from
CEC Enterprises.
All shipping addresses must be confirmed by PayPal. We
are not responsible for incorrect shipping information. Buyers are fully
responsible for all fees/charges associated with recovering any package sent to
an incorrect address due to an incorrect or inaccurate shipping address.
Buyers pay for return shipping on all items. Shipping and
Handling fees are non refundable.
Return Policy / Warranty Policy:
If by chance you receive your item and there is a
problem, we will do everything within our power to correct the problem as
quickly as possible. Please contact us immediately using the eBay Messaging
service.

All returned items MUST have prior approval to be
processed.
All items sent back for return/exchange must have the
eBay item number of the item you are returning/exchanging clearly written on
the box or shipping label, along with your eBay user ID. Failure to provide
this information may delay your refund or exchange.
Do not throw away the original packaging (box, bubble wrap, expanding foam
insert , etc.), as improper return packaging could result in damage to the
item, a potentially time consuming damage claim with the shipping provider, or
you the buyer responsible for impropper return packaging.
We will either refund or replace the returned item and ship it back to you at
no cost. If we cannot replace your item, we will issue you a full refund.
Please notify us within 72 hours of receiving a “Tested Working” or “Powers Up”
item if it is DOA (Dead On Arrival). We will begin the Return/Exchange Process
immediately. Any DOA item that is reported after 72 hours will not be covered
under the 14 day returns period.
There is no warranty for items sold as “For parts or not working”. We do not
know if these items are partially/fully functional or contain any/all original
parts. There are no refunds or exchanges offered for these items.
Restocking Fee:
Any item purchased and returned within the warranty
period because the buyer does not need the item, does not like the item,
Buyer’s Remorse, etc., will be assessed a 15% restocking fee when processing
the refund through Pay Pal.
PC, Laptop & LCD Monitor Warranty Information:
All PCs, Laptops and LCD Monitors described as “Tested Working” come with a 30
day warranty from the date you receive your item(s). (This does not include
“For parts or not working” items)
The warranty covers PCs, Laptops & LCD Monitor hardware against functional
defects.
It does not cover any special needs you might have such as installation
assistance or any other custom situation.
It does not cover software issues, neglect, or repairs not performed by our
technicians.
Any PC/Laptop/LCD Monitor sent back to us within the warranty period that shows
signs of tampering, damage or any other sign of wear which was not present when
originally sold and shipped, will have the item sent back at the buyer’s
expense. Pictures will be taken of the item upon the discovery of any of these
signs and a shipping invoice will be sent to the buyer's e-mail address on file
with Pay Pal. We will reship the item back to the buyer once the invoice is
paid in full.
Batteries (Laptops or any item containing batteries):
Batteries are not covered under any warranty or guarantee. Batteries are
classified as a “consumable item” by eBay, and are therefore not covered. We do
not test batteries, only provide indication that they are present or missing
with photos or in the item details. We guarantee that your laptop, or other
item, will function with the AC adapter which may be included with your
purchase (stated in the listing), but you may have to purchase a fully tested
battery for the item to fully function without an external power supply.
UNPAID ITEMS:
Please do not make an offer to purchase an item if you do
not intend to pay promptly. As we take pride in shipping within one business
day, please afford us the courtesy of paying in a timely manner. Items
purchased through the “Make An Offer” option or won through “Auction Style”
listings, are set to open an Unpaid Item Claim on the 4th day of non payment. Please avoid a
strike against your account by paying within 4 days. If a situation occurs
where you can not pay promptly, please contact us to cancel the transaction so
we can list the item again.
