Bench Grinder Tool Rest Sharpening Jig

Our Bench Grinder Tool Rest Sharpening Jig makes it easy to freehand sharpen any tool, chisel, knife or lawnmower blade, it is also very helpful for general grinding offering a large flat solid platform you can adjust to any angle required.  
Strong all steel construction with a 100mmx70mmx6mm flat platform. The adjustable flat rest locks to your preferred sharpening angle with one hand via its clamping lever. 
Set your angle and tighten - the sturdy platform locks easily and won’t move. Platform distance to wheel slides to adjusts & locks in place with a clamping lever. Fits standard 6 & 8-inch bench grinders. 
Tools & chisels are easy to hold on the large table, ideal for all wood lathe woodturning tools & chisels or just general grinding & sharpening. Much better than the near useless rests provided with most grinders. 
Our tool rest uses the same base fitting as our gouge sharpening jigs & we sell extra bases separately if needed. If you have an additional base clamp you can swap between grinder wheels when needed. 
Made to fit on either side of your grinder. Package includes installation instructions & 1x fully assembled Tool rest as pictured in the main photo.
