Special recognition/respect for C&T Cycles out in MS! thanks for the bike pics Cheyenne!
kick-ass kustom!
Not sure which exact model they built, but
their carb is set up with
2 x #42 pilots and a 118 on the front and a 120 on the rear for the main jets.

NOTE: Other bikes with aftermarket/ low restriction exhaust often run  142 or 145 mains, with 42 or 45 pilot jets.

It may be helpful if you shim your needles as well.

----SORRY ABOUT THE confusing PICS-

As a general rule of thumb for jetting for velocity stacks,
most people bump the main jets up 1 to 2 sizes above the stock jetting.
In some cases,(on some bikes), if the bike has stock mufflers,
we can get away with just an idle mixture adjustment and a good carb synch.
You would probably go up more sizes for straight/open pipes.

But the issue is that individual bikes are just too different to offer blanket advice for.
The types of muffler (or lack of a muffler), and header setup,  your altitude, different cam shafts,
big bore kits, state of engine wear and tune,... they're all factors that change jetting specs.

So, the simplest thing to do is start out 1 to 2 sizes above stock, and experiment from there.
It is also recommended to check out the bike forums related to your model,
to see what other guys with similar bikes & setups are running theirs at.

Dynojet is a well known jet kit supplier.

note:
you will not see any performance increase unless you rejet- because the only thing that has changed
is you are now flowing a lot more air, and that can actually reduce performance,
because your fuel/air mixture is off.  You need more gas in the mix to compensate for the higher airflow.

If you have a 600 or 750, these are small engines, and therefore only small gains can be expected,
you would probably need to also install a competition, hi-flow/ low restriction exhaust,
and correct jetting to feel a noticeable change in all around performance. You should feel a slight
difference in high rpm performance with just the stack and rejetting.
A good header and exhaust muffler, velocity stack, and dyno tuning-rejetting, will unlock full benefits.

QUESTION:  DO YOU SELL THESE IN BRASS?

ANSWER:
Sorry, no we don't,  Brass is VERY expensive,
it would cost you triple or more what these sell for.
What we recommend, and what i have done personally,
is have them powdercoated, or anodized brass.
I was amazed at how close the new coatings replicate real brass.

Go to your local powdercoater/anodizer shop and ask to see samples.
Trust me, it is the most cost effective way to go.
I used to sell them already coated, but my local powdercoater moved out of state.

Check with your local shop to see if they prefer you to supply polished or machined finish.
Buy the Machine finish if possible, as they are less expensive.
