Antique 1920s Schoenhut 9" BARNEY GOOGLE SPARK PLUG Wooden Toy
From the famous comic strip "Barney Google and Spark Plug" of the 1920s we have adorable Schoenhut Spark Plug. He is approximately 9-1/2" long by 7-1/2" tall, he is jointed and strung with leather ears, rope tail, and painted eyes.The paint appears original and there are no evident repairs that we noticed. Structurally, Spark Plug is in very good condition and can easily stand on his own. There are no cracks. One of the leather ears and the blanket are missing. King Features Syndicate label is still intact underneath Spark Plug. Paint has normal age wear and the pictures provide the best description of the overall condition. This antique does show various signs of wear, so if you have any specific questions regarding the condition, please send us a message and we will try our best to answer all your questions.
