Seems alright quality looks good havent installed yet and no guide to fitting and how you should do it so had to use an external companys video on how to but so far so good

Reinforcing plate made of 8 mm high strength S355 steel for alle VR6 2,8L 2,9L 12V 24V and R32 Golf MK4 / MK5 engines.
Thanks to our plate, the block becomes more stable, especially for the crankshaft bearing. The intake pressure and the engine performance are considerably improved.
The plate is designed in such a way that the oil pump can remain in the original position and not be modified.
Recommended for better performance and for engine conversion to a turbo compressor / chager.
