The Cleveland Black fairway wood has a stunning matte black finish that looks amazing and have utilised a lower centre of gravity that will help the club become more forgiving as well as more versatile from all varieties of lies around the golf course.

By improving the centre gravity Cleveland have been able to reduce the spin and increase the launch of the ball off the face of the Black fairway wood. The combination of less spin and higher launch helps create extreme distance gains with little or no extra effort.

To give you extreme ball speeds off of the whole face the Cleveland Black fairway wood uses a variable face technology that will see a consistent ball speed across the face so that your mishits end up closer to your intended target.

  • Improved CG Location - To achieve even greater distance, our engineers lowered the Centre of Gravity and moved it closer to the club face to launch the ball higher with lower spin.
  • Variable Face Technology - The new CG Black woods feature an advanced face thickness to reduce the carry loss on off-center hits.
