Payment

We only accept PayPal at this time. PayPal accounts are easy to setup and can connect to your credit card and/or bank account. Alternatively you can pay with a credit card through PayPal.

 

Shipping

We work our hardest to ensure packages are sent out within 24 hours from the time the order was placed. This refers to our working business days, which are Monday through Thursday, 9am to 5pm ET (excluding holidays) and on Fridays, 9am to 1pm.  Orders placed on Friday may ship on the same day or Monday of the following week. 

 

Returns

We do our best to ensure that the item you ordered is the item you received.  We are happy to receive your returns if you're unsatisfied with the item as well as if the wrong item was sent.
Use the eBay returns procedure or email us through the eBay interface and we'll make sure you're taken care of.
If the item does not work as described, we will grant a full refund as long as we are notified within two days of arrival.  The item must be sent back to us before we provide the refund.
Returns for reasons other than damaged, incorrect item, non-working item, or item not functioning as described, are subject to a 30 day limit from the time the item was received and a 15% restocking fee.  
Certain medical items cannot be returned once they are opened, unless they are defective
Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once the item is received by us.
