Body: Premade as seen but the colors can be any you would like. Just advise, their is no charge for this. The complexion will match your photos you provide to us.
The process is as follows: After purchasing this item on ebay, we will ask for information about the order in email form.

Once provided to us, we will generate an order in our production system and begin the process.
Head proofs - Clay sculpting. We will provide to you clay proofs which show the details we sculpted into the clay. You have the chance to approve the clay or deny it and provide details for us to change. We will continue this process until approved.
Once approved, we will bake the heads and at that time, no further modification to the mold is allowed. The baking prevents us from doing so.
We will hand paint your doll and provide a color proof on top of the body. At this stage, you are to ensure all colors are correct before approval. If not, please advise and we will make any correction. If approved, we will slow bake your doll/s and FEDEX your order to you.

This is FEDEX, Overnight service (if available in your area). We track all orders for all protections. Sorry, we can not ship to APO or PO Boxes as signatures are required for our delivery.

While most of our clients are thrilled with their bobblehead, some are not. All custom made bobbleheads are not meant to be exact replicas of your faces. Our artists find distinguishing characteristics and accentuate those to create a likeness. If you feel unsure about our work and quality
If you do not agree, we urge you not to complete this order. Since they are always made-to-order as a result there is No refunds and all sales are final.
Sculpting bobblehead dolls by hand is a form of art, sometimes when we view art we see different things. One persons interpretation is different from another. We will make every effort to provide you a doll that has the resemblance to your photo but sometimes the difference of artistic interpretation is too far apart.
We are located in Florida and operate a factory overseas in China. We follow all US regulations. Sales tax is required if delivery is to FL.
All items are made in China and sent from our factory direct via FEDEX.
Other options, if you require something different or would like the item faster, we do have other paid options that are available. We can make dolls and send them in 1-2 weeks with no proofs for the added fee of 30.00 or even 1 weeks time if required with no proofs for an added fee is 50.00
* no proofs means we will make and send the dolls without letting you be part of the process. This is due to the speed required to make the items and the process we have to follow.
Want to add 1 small item to the base, we can do this as well, the added fee is 7.50
