All of our products are officially licensed and are imported from the USA.

We stock NFL, NBA, NHL, and MLB merchandise. We also stock 47 Brand NRL Streetwear.

THE OWNERS  With the help of his business savvy wife, an American Sports fanatic from Sydney Australia drew upon his passion and knowledge of American Sports and American Sports apparel to establish what is now known as Jam City Sports (Aust) Pty Ltd.

RETURNS

If you have ordered an incorrect size or you find that an item you have ordered does not fit correctly or is not the size / fit that you expected we will refund your item within 30 days of purchase provided that the following conditions are met:

• Item is returned in its original condition. This includes item not to have been used, worn, altered or washed. 
• Your returned product must also have the original packaging and the original tags still attached.

All return shipping costs are at the cost of the customer unless the item is faulty or different to the item that you ordered.

If you would like to return an item, contact us by clicking the ‘Contact Seller’ button & we will provide a return shipping address & instructions for your return. Please do not return an item without contacting us first.

Note: Orders outside Australia are not eligible for a return unless item is faulty. 

EXCHANGE 

Jam City Sports (Aust) Pty Ltd do not exchange. If you would like another item from our store, you will need to purchase that item by making a new order. To return the old item, please read the RETURNS information on this page. 

FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive an item and it is faulty or different to the item you ordered, upon return of the item to Jam City Sports (Aust) Pty Ltd, we will inspect the item and will only process a refund if we are satisfied that the item returned is in the original condition that the item was in when we shipped it to you. If we are satisfied that the item is faulty or different to the item you ordered, we will give you a full refund.

COMBINED SHIPPING

Jam City Sports (Aust) Pty Ltd charge a flat fee for delivery. If you are purchasing more than one item, please use the ‘Add to Cart’ button instead of the ‘Buy it Now’ button. This will ensure that you do not pay multiple postage charges.
