adding to the Wow factor of this great book!

Condition: 
The hardback cover has rubbing to the corners and edges of the boards.  The leather spine covering is broken from the book but included.  The back board is broken from the book as well.  The pages are all tightly bound together.  The pages are in very good condition.  It has a few pages with very minimal and light pencil markings and about 10 pages with light moisture stains on the bottom corner.
