We do our best to please everyone but if you are unhappy with the item, please contact me immediately through eBay e-mail.   All returned items must be received in the same condition, and packaging, in which they were sent.  Full sales price will gladly be refunded, however no shipping and handling charges will be refunded to buyer.  Buyer always pays for return shipment and as a matter of promptness items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
