We take pride in our business, and we strive to do our best.  If you have any questions about an item, please contact us through eBay prior to your purchase. We try our best to resolve any issues as fast as possible.  If there are any issues with your item, please contact us right away.  At that time, if warranted, we will authorize the return of the item.

All items being returned must be returned with the price tag attached or new in package.  No used items can be returned. When we receive the returned item, inspect it, and it is found to be in the same condition that we shipped it in (brand new and unused with the original tagging) your refund will be given. The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping and there will be a 10% restocking fee on items being returned.  The restocking fee pays for original shipping price to you and fees that were incurred when you originally purchased the item.

Returns that have any signs of use will NOT be accepted and no refund will be given.
