Isolation valve to connect on to 15mm pipe with a 1/2" BSP flat faced thread on the other side to allow flexible tap tail connection

Having a flat face to connect on to makes it much easier to get a reliable seal when connecting a flexible tap tail

Normal compression fitting with a copper olive
