We adhere strictly to the eBay code of charging only what it costs to pack and send orders. I charge only what Royal Mail demand for weight or thickness. If you change your mind or decide an item is not what you wanted, and return an item in re-saleable condition I will exchange it/refund, but only the original price of the item. Obviously the buyer must pay the return postage.
If an item is lost, faulty, or damaged in transit we will replace or refund and pay postage.
