Designed to fit the Norton Featherbed Wideline frame. May fit other frames.
Made from 14swg Aluminium 2 mm thick, TIG welded.
Mirror finish polished aluminium.
Complete fitted with a vented 2” Monza style filler cap fitted to a TIG welded threaded 18TPI neck.
The oil feed is via a Triumph Oil Tank mesh style filter (82-9438) fitted on right-hand bottom edge.
Outlet is ¼”BSP.
The Air Breather is via a 10mm pipe located at the top of the rear face.
The Oil Return feed is on front face via a female ¼” BSP threaded connector with an internal 10mm pipe returning to the top of the tank. This is useful to view the return flow of oil making sure that the oil is flowing correctly.
The tank is mounted by locating a rubber isolated bolt through the 19 mm tube by rubber bands round the two bobbins on each side. Fitting kit available.
Tanks are pressure tested for leakage.
Oil content approx. 4.0 Litre max.

Fitting Instructions
- It is VERY important to flush the tank thoroughly before using it. The tanks are inspected for manufacturing swarf before dispatch but small amounts may have been disturbed during transit.
- It is advisable to isolate the tank from engine vibrations by using rubber mountings so as to avoid metallic contact with the other bike parts.
Regular cleaning with a suitable metal polish will be required to maintain the tanks mirror finish. Small marks will be found in the tanks finish, these add to the character of a handmade product.
