Elwood,Indiana in good condition with no breaks
in the glass and clock and hands,cord are in
good use condition with some tiny dents,marks,

I plug the clock in and both clock and light works,
but had a little humming when plug in so I replace 
the ballast with a new one and now it does not hum, 
works and looks great. I don't know for sure how
