PS4 HDMI Port Fix

It's a common issue with the Playstation 4 to have the HDMI port become damaged. This is something we see very often and has become a common repair for us. Inside of these ports are 19 very small pins which are soldered to the motherboard. These pins can be easily damaged for a number of reasons and the only real permanent fix is to replace the port.

Let's look at some common symptoms of a bad HDMI port:
  • If you have to wiggle your HDMI cable in order to get video/sound to work
  • If your PS4 turns on and the white light comes on but there is no picture on the TV
  • Bent or broken pins inside the HDMI port
  • The TV might say "no signal" or something similar with the console hooked up via the HDMI cable
  • A crooked port or one that looks like it's been pushed in further than it should be

How This Service Works:

Your PS4 needs to be shipped to us (just the console with the hard drive). You will need to package your console carefully (pad it carefully with bubble wrap) and then put it in a box. We recommend a 14"x14"x6" or similar sized shipping box. We will send you a message with the shipping address once payment has been received.

Warranty:

Our repairs come with a 90 day warranty. If for some reason the problem persists within 90 days of us fixing it we will repair it for free. The warranty does not apply if damage is caused by the customer or any other repair shop. Additionally the warranty does not cover shipping costs. A quality job is very important to us and so far we have a 100% success rate.

If Console Cannot be Repaired:

In the rare case that your console cannot be repaired, you will be refunded the full price excluding the amount for return shipping.

Turnaround Time:

Getting your console back to you as quickly as possible is very important to us. Upon receiving a console we generally have them repaired within 24 hours. We repair, test, and ship back all consoles generally within 72 hours of receipt.

Our repair will also include a basic dust cleaning of your console, and new high quality thermal paste will also be applied.
