Cobalt Blue Hand Blown Glass Saucer.  The hand blown glass plate/saucer will vary slightly in shape and size and will have bubbles,  since it was hand blown and have the spot on the bottom.  I am not sure if made in Mexico or are murano glass.  The diameter of each plate measures: 5-1/2 inches.  It has a swirl pattern.  It is in very good vintage used condition, no chips or cracks, may have  a few light scuff/scratches/utensil marks.  Will combine shipping where possible.
