Carefully wrap the Silopad Gel-E-Roll around area with desired amount of compression. Typically you should wrap tighter along the bottom and gradually lessen the degree of compression. The Gel-E-Roll may be cut and place on the affected area to provide moisturization and protection. Remove the Silopad Gel-E-Roll at least 3-4 hours daily to allow your skin to breathe.Care InstructionsSilipos recommends that you hand wash your Gel-E-Roll with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly.
