TAI CHI SUN STYLE 73 FORMS With Dr Paul Lam

Combining two of the most powerful internal arts with tai chi, Sun Lu-tang (1861-1932) created an uniquely powerful style of tai chi.  This style places great emphasis on Qigong (exercise to cultivate vital life energy), making it especially effective for cultivating internal energy, which in turn greatly enhance healing and relaxation. The 73 Forms is characterized by agile steps with smooth and flowing movements, like water in a river.

 Following an introduction to tai chi and of the benefits you will gain by learning the 73 Forms, Dr Lam will teach warm up exercises and the 73 Forms using simple and proven teaching methods. He will teach the forms from different angles - using close ups, repetitions and diagrammed illustrations while dividing each form into small sections allowing you to follow along with ease.
