You are looking at a pair of 6V6gt tubes. These were DUAL tested first on a Jackson dynamic mutual conductance tube tester with the test results below. The scale on this tester's meter is "GOOD" between 70 and 130. All my tubes I sell have to be at 85 or higher unless otherwise stated. They all must pass a 2 megaohm shorts test.  And second on my Hickok 533 with the reading shown in micromhos. The first number being the tube reading and the second being the minimum. All my tubes are guaranteed to be as stated in the ad. Unlike others, my phone number is in ALL my listings. Call me if you need more details about my items. Read the details below -

Test result - 84 and 98    -    4800 and 5050 with a minimum of 3700

Condition - Used.

Box - NO box.

Comments - These are 3 ladder, oval, gray plate tubes. Lower getter. They are a matched set. Still have some good life in them.

I will continue to use a dual test procedure for some of my audio tubes I list. Some customers do not understand the micromhos test readings and would prefer the readings in a percentage of "good" . Some do understand it and want that micromhos reading from a better tester. I myself don't fully understand the micromhos test ether. Without a maximum reading and only the minimum acceptable reading to go with, I don't see how you know how much stronger the tube could be or might suppose to be if it was new.

This is how I determine the condition of a "NOS" tube.

First off, there is no one that can say for sure that a tube is new. A vintage tube may be 50 or more years old and you will never know it's full history. What I go by is first and most importantly are, the test results. After that I look for heat stress normally found at the base of the tube around the pins. Discolored glass is a good indication of use due to heat. I also look at the condition of the box and print type on it and the tube. Boxes changed over the years and the tube labels changed as well. The tubes should match the box not just by the brand name on them. Having multiple tubes from one sleeve that are date code matched. Knowing where the tubes came from can help. Many factors come into play but you will notice that I will list a lot of my tube as used. They may very well be new but I side on used when I can't be sure.

Questions, feel free to give me a call @ (920) 391-8706 Thanks, Scott

I only accept payments through Pay-Pal and ship to E-Bay and Pay-Pal verified addresses.

International shipping is handled by E-Bay's contracted shipping company and NOT by me. I am not in control over any of the added charges or their amounts. ALL international shipping charges are NOT refundable for any reason. Though you are free to buy from me from anywhere around the world that E-Bay ships to, I encourage you to shop locally.

The U.S. shipping charge is there for me to cover my shipping expense, shipping and packing supplies, E-Bay and Pay-Pal fees and to help calculate my sales taxes. These charges do not change from what is listed in the ad regardless of where you live or the item(s) you buy. Look at the shipping charge as part of the total price of the item and base your purchase decision on that total. I believe you will still find my prices more than fair for the item in question.

Please be aware, If the item you are looking at is an audio preamp tube, I do NOT have a tube tester that tests for noise ( some call microphonics) Some tubes may be tested in an amp that I have on hand and this will be noted. Otherwise, I offer no warranty for returns because of this. For 99% of the people out there, this is of no concern.
