Payment and shipment

• Only payment through PAYPAL is accepted. Payment must be received within 3 days after ordering.

·      All shipments come with free delivery confirmation.  Please contact us if you have any questions.

Returns

·      Returns accepted only if the item received is incorrect, defective or damaged. Otherwise, all sales are final.

·      Buyer must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.

·      The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Return only for unused items.

·      The item must be returned in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

·      Customer is responsible for return shipping. Please include a delivery confirmation number if shipping via USPS or a tracking number if shipping via FEDEX or UPS.       

• Refund (original price minus 15% restocking fee)  will be processed by the same payment method within 7 days of receipt of the returned item. 

International buyers

·      International buyer is responsible for all customs, duty fees, or taxes that may apply.  These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

·      Ebay global shipping is used for international shipping.

·      The delivery time depends on transit and Customs. Normally, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery
