Product Information:

 

HL10 accessory that holds a phone in place on the left and right while the HL10 lifts the 

handset up and down.  It comes with a special plastic riser made to snap into the Nortel 

i2004 phones only.

If you have a phone with a curved side (i.e. Nortel M39xx, i2004), you will need this external Extended accessory Assembly in order to utilize the Plantronics HL10 handset lifter properly. This part will act as part of the cradle to support the handset allowing for reliable operation of the lifter.

This kit includes:

  • Extender arm with adjusting sliders
  • Hookswitch extender
  • handset stopper

 

Note: Nortel phone models  M7100-M7900, M3901-M3905, i2004, 3Com and others require this optional for proper Lifter operation. Nortel T7208 and T7316 do not require this part.

 

Note: This is not exclusive to the Nortel phone and may also help on other phone models whose design creates a similar compatibility issue.
