Our lamps have a wire so you can hide the battery brick in a building, or really anywhere in your build. The wire is about 40 cm long with some variance as these are 100% handmade (Yes this includes the drilling and soldering!). The wires are thin yet strong which is a fine line :) If you want to hide the wires then place them between the studs. If you accidentally place on on a stud and put a brick on top the clutch power of the LEGO bricks will of course cut the wire in two. If this happens (and I promise you would only do it once!) you can always splice them but just be careful and it will never happen.

LEGO and other major brand bricks and base plates. The size of the base
is about a standard brick with a plate attached. This item is made from LEGO and non LEGO items. As an example the Battery Brick can not be LEGO. The wires are super thin and easily hidden. As a matter of fact they are so thin that they can and SHOULD be used between studs.
