Established in 1921, we specialise in power gardening and ground-care equipment for the domestic, professional and local authority markets. Carters of Swanwick are trusted and respected throughout the garden power and machinery industry.

We have been selling 'online' for many years and take pride in having brought the 'showroom experience' to our many online customers. As well as being authorised dealers for many leading brands such as Cobra, Cub Cadet, Husqvarna, Kawasaki, Kubota, Mountfield, Stiga, Stihl and Tanaka (to name but a few), we are also the UK distributors for prestigious international brands such as Cramer and Ecotech.

Our parts department is very important to us and carries spares for the lawnmowers, chainsaws and other machines that we sell. We currently provide spares for all major manufacturers in the trade. We get daily deliveries of spares - so if we don't have it, we can get it ordered in quickly for you.

After-sales support is provided by our extensive in-house workshops where you will find factory trained technicians with a wealth of experience.

8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday

9.00am to 1.00pm Saturdays.

Shipping

Free Nationwide Delivery Via Carrier (Highland & islands exempt)*

Our free delivery service is operated by a contracted carriers that aim to get your order out to you within 48hrs or next working day (if stated).

This is a very reliable service and whilst 99% of customers receive their goods in the time allowed but it is not absolutely guaranteed as carriers can have logistical problems.

Please note that free delivery can be anytime between 8am and 6pm and our carriers are unable to estimate a delivery time.

If you wish your delivery to be made in a specific time slot, please contact us.

Next day delivery is subject to the goods being in stock at our warehouse. Please email or phone to check availability if it is an urgent order.

We regret however that we are unable to offer free delivery to the Highlands and Islands.

Our customers are important and we want you to be happy with your purchase so we offer a 30 day return policy.
Best Buy Mowers naturally adhere to distance selling regulations.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us either via email on the site or by telephone and let us know of your intention to return your purchase.
Your purchase must arrive back at Best Buy Mowers in the same condition it left complete with all packing materials and instructions. It is your responsibility & at your cost to arrange safe return carriage.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee when our policy is not followed.
