WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

  • IF DEVICE IS BLOCKED : This service will make it clean but the device is not usable with T-Mobile. Inserting a T-Mobile SIM in the device after it has been UNBLACKLISTED will add it to the BLACKLIST again. You are not eligible for refund if this happens. 
  • IF DEVICE IS LOST/STOLEN : This service will make it clean and the device can be used with T-Mobile SIM.
  • IMPORTANT : This service will NOT unlock your T-Mobile device, it will only unblacklist/clean the IMEI. All financed IMEIs or accounts will still be financed. Any debt and/or contractual obligations with T-Mobile will NOT change. We only clean the IMEI, not the account status!
 
  • You are not buying a phone. You are paying for service only. Please read carefully.
  • It is NOT UNLOCK service
  • Make sure the phone is from T-Mobile USA
  • If your device has an outstanding balance then it will remain even after cleaning.

 

What you need to do:

  1. Provide us the exact imei number of the phone. You can get the imei number by dialing *#06#.
  2. Your phone will be cleaned in 1-8 HOURS FROM TIME I PLACE ORDER AS "SHIPPED". ORDERS CAN BE UNLOCKED ANY DAY!
  3. We will send you a message to inform you that cleaning is done.
