First of all, we appreciate your interest in buying from us. Most of the items we sell are not new ones. They were made 25-50 years ago, but all of them are in working condition, fully CLA (Cleaned, Lubricated and Adjusted). However, Soviet lenses, even new ones, come with some cosmetic flaws, like tiny gas bubbles in a lens glass or internal specks of dust. These defects do not affect the quality of the lens or image and a lot of Soviet lenses have excellent quality and are really affordable.
We mark condition of items using following scale:
The Horizon S3 Pro manufactured by the Krasnogorski Mekhanicheskii Zavod (KMZ). The Horizon S3 Pro has a smooth surface with rounded corners. It retains the swivel lens that swings to 120° from right to left, but its battery-free clockwork mechanism operates smoothly and quietly compared. Its lens swing comes in two speeds: the slow swing corresponds to shutter speeds 1/8 to 1 second, while the fast swing corresponds to shutter speeds 1/30 to 1/250 second. The two concentric discs below the built-in viewfinder should be turned to set the aperture and shutter speed.
It is in new old stock condition. Everything works smoothly. It comes as shown on photos: camera, filters YG-2x, UV-1x, N-2x, grip, strap, case, box and manual (in Russian).
