Good condition overall.  The outer box has some general wear consistent with age such as creases and a tear from a price sticker (visible in the photo).  Manual has a fold on the corner as pictured but retains a good condition overall.   The inner housing is in decent shape.

The cartridge has been opened up and cleaned inside and out to bring the circuit board and connection into great condition.  It has then been re-tested and is working smoothly.
