It has some light scratches on the lower back, and comes with everything original OEM in the box as I got it from T-Mobile.(AKG headphones, extra ears buds, charger, USB cable, USB adapters, printed materials including the limited warranty and original box.
I DO NOT offer RETURN to protect myself from possible alterations being done by the buyer to the phone prior returning it back to me. It happened to me in the past and I lost everything.
