This item has some scratches, chips, and/or dents, and comes with charger and original box. Other then the pictured dent on the corner the iPad is in excellent shape. I used this iPad for work note taking and upgraded because a new one came out. It works perfectly. It has the cellular option that I did use on the AT&T network. Everything in the pictures come with the iPad. There are no returns unless this item is not as described. If you have questions please ask.
