Please be careful with spelling, We will place exactly what you send us onto the ornament.

Photos should be sent in a JPEG or PNG format.

Picture quality on the ornament is only as good as the quality of the photo you send us,

Therefore we are not responsible for photo quality on the ornament due to poor photos.

If you purchase multiple ornaments, please send a separate email and photo for each ornament.

This will help avoid placing the wrong photo with the wrong name.
