The Ultimate Fixed Blade Survival Knife is the latest model in the fixed-blade survival category by US knife & tool giant Gerber®. Designed & engineered in Portland, Oregon USA.

Gerber® has been making survival knives for the US Military since 1968. The Ultimate Survival Knife model borrows features from some legendary models like the LMF™ II, Prodigy and StrongArm carrying on the legacy of tough-as-hell fixed blade knives for survival and bushcraft applications. With a multi-function sheath that can be mounted in a variety of ways, this knife offers reliable use in any situation.

This 10 inch survival knife is rugged and versatile, with a partially serrated blade that can also serve as pommel or a spear. The sheath includes a built-in blade sharpener and a ferrocerium rod while the handle has a built-in lanyard with an emergency whistle.

Featuring a partial serrated edge, 7Cr17MoV stainless steel full-tang blade, the Ultimate Survival Knife was designed around the fundamentals of military survival training. Obtain a solid grip on the knife in all conditions with its textured rubberized handle. The over-molded handle successfully limits blistering and provides a sure grip in wet conditions. The striking pommel positioned at the base of the handle provides stability when striking hard objects

Smartly situated grooves and lashing holes let the Ultimate Survival Knife convert to a spear.
