This is a new 12 tile mini-expansion for Carcassonne which was introduced during the 2016 Essen game convention. Each tile features a Watch Tower. Each Watch Tower indicates the points to be awarded to whomever completes a feature on the Watch Tower tile, or the eight surrounding tiles.

The single page of rules has English on one side, and German on the other side of the page.  The German rules show to the outside of the sealed package.  The new style graphics are on the front, and the tile backs are the same as always.
