Shipping Policy

We are shipping worldwide. We always combine shipping. If you want to buy more than one item, you can go ahead and buy them, just don't pay instantly. Please use "request total" option available on your eBay purchase page. We will send you invoice with updated shipping fee. If you don't know how to do that, please contact us and we will help you with this. You can also contact us before you order, to check on combined shipping rate to your country. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Europe within 3 business days after payment received. Usually it takes 3 to 4 weeks to receive the order. For some exotic countries it might take even up to 5-6 weeks. Also, please be aware that sometimes your order might be delayed because of customs clearance, public holidays like Christmas, etc. Please take this into account when ordering from us. Please kindly remember that we are shipping from Europe. Depending on total order value, most of the packages are shipped with tracking number. You can find tracking number uploaded to your eBay order. It's convenient, you can always check order status on your country's local post office website such as USPS, etc.

Returns Policy

We are offering 14 day returns on all of our items. If you think you have to return the item please contact us and we will work on this issue directly with you.

IMPORTANT: Only unopened and sealed package items are eligible for returns policy. If you have opened or used the item in any way, it's not eligible for return policy anymore.

IMPORTANT: During SUMMER period or any HOT SEASON in your country, please take the weather conditions into account and make sure that the item will not melt while being shipped to your country. We do not take any responsibility for items that might come melted. There's no safe packaging yet that can protect chocolates or candies from melting in high temperatures. Please be WARNED and consider this before buying. If you still have decided to buy the item on hot season, please take this on your own risk, as no refunds will be issued and items will not be eligible for return policy.

All orders comes with valid expiration date. ALL of our sweets are re-stocked every few days, therefore maintaining the optimum freshness. All items come fresh from manufacturers. All orders are safely packed and shipped in cardboard boxes or bubble envelopes to avoid any damages.
IMPORTANT: In some cases product appearance may slightly differ from the photo in the listing. This might be due to promotions, or limited edition packaging. As example, we have listed 125g Kinder Schoko Bons Chocolate balls, but on our last re-stock manufacturer sent us promoted "+25% more" bags. The bag looks a bit different but you are getting the same product, and actually even more of it than you're ordering.
