This HT1250 is used but in nice condition. It has been professional tested, aligned and cleaned ready for use! This radio comes as pictured with the used IMPRES rapid charger, used IMPRES battery w/beltclip, NEW  VHF antenna and FREE PROGRAMMING if requested.  This radio is used so it will show some light signs of wear from use but still looks very good and works great!  If you have any questions, please ask before purchasing.
