A vintage Tilley TL106 ? paraffin table lamp with original Tilley 182 onion globe shade, and dating to around the 1940's / 50's.

The lamp has a domed brass font with original cream paint and 'TILLEY LAMP TABLE MODEL' label to the underside : the domed top with a small nipple, an unmarked screw in pump, a brass cylindrical column, and a screw in vaporiser with a black plastic knob marked 'TILLEY LAMP B'.

The burner has 3 interior arms and 3 exterior screws holding a simple steel leaf spring and is stamped 'PAT No  202405' to the top. The glass shade is original with the 'Durosil Tilley 182 British Made Heat Resistant' blue painted mark - please see photos.

Size : Approx 21 1/4" tall on a 7" diameter base.

Condition : Original unrestored condition with no dings, dents or damage and original paint, untested but the lamp pumps, holds pressure, and releases it through the top when the black knob is turned (air releases but doesn't hiss and will almost certainly need new seals). The points to note are rubbing / marks / losses  to the paint, tarnish to all the brass parts, the vaporiser has surface rust, and the burner has expected scorching / wear. The shade is good with no damage - please see all photos.
