This is a New-With-Tag-Attached pair of Super Ultra Sexy Black high heel Strappy sandal style shoes, size 13 Wide, from Forever 21.  They have towering 4 ½" sky high classic "D" shaped heels.  They secure around the ankles with ¾" wide straps and black suede covered metal buckles.  The outer surface is covered with a suede-like material and is smooth and soft.  

     

They were purchased new and have not been worn so the bottoms do not have any scuffs or marks.  These are great shoes, very comfortable and stable - perfect for the New Year!  All man made materials.
