This was the product that made Kendrick famous and extremely well made.  Currently selling for for $110 from Astronomics US Fits all common dew controllers.

This Kendrick 1.5” x 37” dew heater strip fits catadioptric telescopes having an outer barrel diameter of 10” to 12.5” (250mm to 310mm). These include such scopes as the Celestron 9¼” and Meade 10” Schmidt-Cassegrains. One side of the heater strip is sponge-insulated. This directs the warmth of the heater element into the optics, rather than being lost into the atmosphere. The result is that you need less energy to keep your optics moisture free.

The entire back (label side) of the heater strip is Velcro. There is a Velcro tab on a 7” elastic strap on one end of the heater strip. Wrap the heater strip around the front cell of the optical tube, level with the corrector lens or objective lens and label side out. When you pull the strap tight and press the Velcro tab onto the Velcro back of the heater, the elasticity of the strap holds the heater in place on the optical tube.

The heater strip draws 2 amps at full power (power consumption at normal operating levels will generally be 40% to 60% less, as the normal standard controller setting is medium to low). It has a permanently attached 4’ power cord terminated by a male RCA plug for connection to the heater control unit.
