Product Description
1) Carbon fiber rims are complex composite structures. Please ride them thoughtfully and inspect them regularly for damage and wear.
2) Carbon rim's brake surface has a special layer to resist brake heat and abrasion. Discontinue use and replace rim when the layer has worn off. When braking, especially during descents, use both front and rear brakes. It is important that both rims are employed during descents to properly dissipate heat.
3) Water on the rim and brake pads will reduce brake effectiveness. In the wet, allow extra distance for stopping.
1) Package will be shipped out in 3-5 days after payment received. Carried by EMS, normally it takes 7-19 days for our customers to receive it, some further places like Brazil, Turkey, Chile etc. may take longer to 1 month.
2) Tax and other customs duties are buyer's responsibility. In some countries like Spain, Italy, France, Germany, customers need to pay tax by themselves, please know your country's customs policy before buying. Normally we will declare half of the product value so our customers can pay less tax. If you have any specific request on this, please leave us a message in the order.
1) All our products are guaranteed for 1 year under normal usage and manufacturing defectives, warranty is not covered under below circumstances: normal wear and tear for braking surface, braking pads, defectives caused by human forces, damages caused by improper assembly, crashes, and when serial number are removed etc.
2) Please carefully inspect the package and product before signing for it. If you find any damage upon arriving, please notify us within 48 hours with detailed evidence.
3) Any quality issue, please contact our customer service to work it out, detailed pictures showing defective of product and serial number of the product are required from customers.
4) All returns must be freight prepaid by the sender or carrier and shipped back to seller's warehouse in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Refund or reshipment will be granted after we receive the returned products.
