Your item will be carefully packed and dispatched within 24 hours (Monday - Friday) of receiving payment. All items are sent to the delivery address confirmed with your Paypal account, unless another payment method was used.
Most items will be posted out the same day if payment is received before 2pm. We always do our best to post your order asap - we have even been known to post the same day on orders received up to 3pm. This is of guaranteed, but we always do our best.
The estimated delivery time on the listing is an estimate, not guaranteed. It is put on here by Ebay and is out of our control as we do rely on Aus Post to get the order to you. In saying this as you can see with the information above we do everything possible to get your order to you in a timely manner.

If your item is faulty or we have sent you something different to what you ordered, please return it to us within 60 days. We will give you a full refund including postage and packaging or if you prefer a replacement.
If you simply change your mind please return items in the original packaging and unopened within 60 days. Goods must be returned carriage paid. Refund of the purchase price will be given using the same method as the payment was made. Postage and packaging will not be refunded.
