We recommend that every buyer purchases tracking for their item. We like to keep the range of products we offer as varied and interesting as possible. In many cases, the items we offer, from major Scottish & UK brands, are not available from other eBay sellers. As we also sell through other online retail sites, including our own website, stock levels can occasionally change very quickly. Despite this, we can usually dispatch the majority of items within a few days of purchase. If an item is going to take a little longer, we will try to let you know, but the dispatch times we show on eBay are designed to allow for this.

Returns Information
Damaged and faulted items: (AKA Damaged in Transit) Please let us know on receipt of the package. We will reply with a return address and any instructions needed. We will ask you to return the item and we will refund economy return postage only, please obtain proof of posting when sending. On return, we will send you a replacement. If this item is not available we will offer a full refund. Changed your mind / No Longer wanted - We accept returns on all items except items which have been custom engraved or otherwise modified per customer order. If the item is simply unwanted or you have changed your mind a refund will be given on return of the item excluding all postage costs. Please contact us before attempting to return goods for details on our returns address. You must send goods back by a signed for service. We cannot be held accountable for returned items if we do not receive the item and if it was sent by a non-traceable method.
