Return policy:
1. Refunds or exchanges can only be made within 30 days of purchase.
2. Buyer is responsible for Shipping-and-Handling charges, Cover Postage and Packaging Costs, as well as Return Shipping, Duties, Taxes and Customs fee if any.
3. All returns and exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee (aside from select verified defects). If the item returned is materially different than the condition we had sent it to the customer, the restocking fee can reach up to 50%.
4. Buyer MUST contact us prior to returning any item and obtain an RMA #. This is to ensure the exchange is processed smoothly and effectively. All packages without an RMA # will be refused.
5. A refund will not be accepted if you return your item with missing parts nor will be accepted if you return your item with any kind of damage, including but not limited to:
- Physical damage due to a drop or improper handling
- Water damage
- Damage from using accessories that are not recommended for the phone
6. All returns must be in the original non-damaged condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories or else it will not be accepted.
Shipping Policy:
1. Your item(s) will ship within 24-48 hours of your cleared payment on weekdays (Monday - Friday) and within 24-48 hours on post-weekends and holidays.
2. Item(s) will be shipped to the Shipping Address specified via PayPal. We are unable to change the Shipping Address once payment has been made.
3. A ‘Tracking Number’ or ‘Delivery Confirmation Number’ will be emailed to you once your item has shipped.
4. Orders under the amount of $9.99 may ship without Delivery Confirmation.
5. Delivery Confirmation is not a Tracking Number and will not be updated until after the item is delivered. Local pick-ups are not allowed.
Important Note to our International Customers:
- Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the sale price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
- Please check with your country's Customs-Office to determine what these additional costs will be, prior to purchasing.
- These charges are typically collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company, or when you pick up the item(s). Do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
- We do not mark merchandise "below value", or as "Gifts"; U.S. and International Government regulations prohibit such behavior.
