1973 Tesla Electronics Company Sine Wave Omega Ohms 15th Anniversary Pin Badge
- A pretty antique Tesla advertising pin from 1973 featuring the world famous tesla sine wave logo and the Omega symbol representing electrical resistance. The factory responsible for these electronic components was based in the town of Blatna. It is made from a gold coloured metal and the badge face is 1.6cm high and has a long, stick pin fastener to the rear.
Historic Background. TESLA had a state-sponsored monopoly on electronics production in communist Czechoslovakia, and produced nearly all electronic products in the country until 1989. The company had a large number of subsidiaries, - Tesla Karlin, Vrsovice and Strašnice (TV and broadcast industries)
