We ship with a traceable tracking number and choose competitive lines for each country. We would declare a relatively low value for our customers in default to avoid relevant fees.

For some boxed figures weight more than 2 kilos, we would automatically update the shipping to expedited shipping (delivery within a week).
Please pay attention to the following:
1. Make sure you fill in the coordinate city name & zip code. If the zip is wrong, the parcel might get transferred to the wrong city and cost more time, or even fail to deliver at the end.
2. Make sure you fill in the province's name too. This would save us a lot of time processing the orders.
3. If your address has changed, please notify us before we ship your parcel out. After we ship it out, we would no longer be able to change the address for you, thus are not responsible for the unsuccessful delivery.
When you receive the wrong product or a product with serious damage during shipping, you could contact us for a return or an exchange. We would pay for the postage for returning & resending.
However, if the return is because of a change of mind of the buyer, the buyer needs to pay for the returning postage under these circumstances and make the product would still be able to make a second sale.
We offer pre-order service. The price you are seeing is the full price of the product. All the products with "pre-order" as a prefix is still in the pre-order phase. When one product changes from "pre-order" to "in-stock", we would change "pre-order" to "in-stock" or "new arrival".
About the release time
Before you place a pre-order, please note that the estimated release time given by the supplier is only for your reference. There are times that the actual release time gets delayed on the manufacturers' end. The manufacturing of a collectible figurine contains a lot of procedures and has lots of craft work involved, which makes delay inevitable sometimes.
We would try our best to keep you informed of the most recent updates we share with our supplier. We would be responsible for the transaction until the parcel has arrived in your hands safely. If you want to inquire the status of the product you pre-order, you could contact us anytime.
How we process pre-orders
The pre-order phase usually lasts longer than the max handling time eBay allows us (30 days). In order to prevent late shipping issues, we would mark your parcel as shipped when we are getting close to the deadline for the handling time.
