This is a vintage sterling charm of a cake.  It says "Happy Anniversary" on the top.  The top opens, and there is a candle inside, with a red enameled tip.  The charm is marked sterling on the bottom, and was rhodium plated to prevent tarnishing.  There is a bit of wear to the finish on the bottom.  It measures 5/8 of an inch high and just over 1/2 of an inch at its widest and weighs 2.3 grams.
