This Car key case has got one Stronger split-hook attached outside and one key split-ring attached inside both can be removed if desired. You can also use this hook to holder bigger key and while use the case for other smaller pieces such as loose coins, USB sticks, notes, etc. 

• We offer 30 days return policy. 30 days counts from the date you receive the product (not the date you start using the product)
• If you changed your minds after receiving product, please file a return request and post item back, we will refund you the item cost only (deduct postage we have paid, for free postage items we will also deduct the postage according to item’s weight)
• If item is faulty or wrong item received, please contact us first before leaving any feedback or sending back. Most cases we will reply your message within 24 hours.
• If return has been agreed please write a note with your ebayID, name, address, reason for return and request (exchange or refund), we will deal with your return accordingly.
• We will also reimburse the return postage if item you receive is faulty or wrong item received, however, we only reimburse the postage we’ve paid at first place. (for example, we post your item and it cost us £1, if item is faulty or wrong item received, you want an exchange, when we receive the returned item, we will only reimburse you £1 postage, no matter which service you’ve used)
• All returned items must have their original packing, we reserve the rights to charge 20% re-stocking fee.
