offered a 14-Day
No-Hassle Replacement Policy, which we replace your item(s) with
another item of the same product or another product of the same or better
functionality. The buyer is responsible for any and all return
shipping costs. All "AS IS" items are auctioned as being "well
Used and showing wear" or as "Non-working items" and we will not
guarantee their future functionality. All
"AS IS" auction items are non-refundable and non-returnable!

Return Policy
We offer our 14-day No-Hassle Replacement Policy
on all New, Used, and refurbished items. We will replace these items with
a comparable item of equal or better functionality for any item that does not
match our eBay description of the quality and functionality of your item. ALL "AS IS" ITEMS
ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE!
Buyer must notify us within 14 days of
receiving the item to initiate a return! After 14 days the item is yours and cannot be returned. NO EXCEPTIONS! Your return must be approved by
Alliance Computers before we will begin the replacement process.
We do not accept returns of items
accurately represented in our auction. Any unauthorized returns will be reshipped to the buyer at
their expense, or charge a 20% restocking fee ($10 minimum) and we will not
refund shipping charges.
All return shipping charges are the
responsibility of the buyer. All items originally shipped with the item MUST be
included with the return in the original condition shipped!
We do not accept returns of
opened consumable items, such as toner cartridges.
