Returns
Contact us if the product qualifies for core credit. Basically we will need the old unit back within 14 days from original purchase date. Unit needs to be in repairable condition to qualify for an exchange credit.
CNC TOOLS must be contacted within 7 days of received item if planning to make a return. After receiving item, we will exchange for a similar item if in stock. A 20% restocking fee may apply if customer decides not to receive the exchange. Returned items must be insured and received in the same condition as it was received. We do not cover original and return shipping. Buyer has 30 days to return an item to receive a Full refund minus original & returned shipping fees.
